Since 1963, Weldon L. Brown has been active as a
principal in Real Estate Management, Investment, and Investment brokerage
of Commercial and Residential Income properties.
Mr. Brown is a Realtor and is active in the management
and leasing of income properties, which has included neighborhood and Community
Shopping Centers, Multi-Story Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, Condominiums,
Community Associations, Hotels, Restaurants, Cocktail Lounge, Motels, Mobile Home Parks
and Apartments.
The Institute of Real Estate Management, a division
of the National Association of Realtors, has certified him as a Certified
Property Manager, (CPM). The California Association of Community Managers
has also certified him as a Certified Community Association Manager, (CCAM).
He is a California License Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the Greater
Orange County Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM),
California Association of Realtors (CAR), Riverside Board of Realtors, Founder,
past President and Board member of the Inland Empire Community Association
Institute (CAI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Since 1967, Mr. Brown has been qualified as a State
Court Receiver for the Superior Court of the State of California. He has
been qualified in the counties of Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino.
Mr. Brown has been appointed a Special Administrator to manage trusts and
the administration of large contested estates. He is also qualified as an
expert witness in the Superior Court.
Requests for Mr. Brown's services have come from
Financial Institutions, Bank Holding Companies, Insurance Companies and numerous
prominent Law Firms based in Southern California.

Mr. Brown is President of the Weldon L. Brown Company, Inc. and is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Weldon L. Brown II commenced his Professional Career in Real Estate Management
and Community Association Asset Management in 1987.
Prior to Mr. Brown's Association with the Management of Real Property and
Community Associations, he was a Landscape Irrigation Contractor in San Diego,
California.
Mr. Brown has organized and re-organized California Mutual Benefit Corporations
that control Common-Interest Developments (CID) in the State of California.
His knowledge of California Mutual Benefit Corporate Law has assisted
associations, corporations, in establishing sound business practice and meeting
their legal compliances with California Statute Law.
Mr. Brown's Real Estate Asset Management experience includes client budget
preparation, capital investment reserve analysis, and a knowledge of Title
6 Davis/Sterling Common Interest Subdivision Act of the California Civil
Code, contract negotiations and commercial leasing transactions.
Mr. Brown's current Management Portfolio is mixed and includes Common Interest
Development, Community Associations, apartment communities, office buildings,
and strip commercial.
Mr. Brown is a member of the California Association of Community Managers
(CACM) and has been awarded the Certified Community Association Manager
(CCAM) description by the California Association of Community Managers. He
possesses a Real Estate license issued by the California Department of Real Estate.
