Ramona L. Bryant, CCAM - Vice President & Association Mgr.

Ms. Bryant is Vice President of the Weldon L. Brown Company, Inc., and is a Certified Community Association Manager by the California Association of Community Managers, CCAM. Prior to her association with the Company in 1980, she was in the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Development business.

Ms. Bryant provides professional guidance to Community Associations and advises associated vendors in the Association Industry. An active volunteer for Community Associations Institute (CAI) Inland Empire Chapter, she has been the recipient of several awards and currently participates on the Ambassador and Medias Committees.

Linda S. Yriarte, Vice President

Ms. Yriarte is a native of Riverside, who was born at March Air Force Base. She attended local Riverside schools and graduated from Ramona High School and the University of California Riverside (UCR).

Ms. Yriarte has her Masters Degree and numerous continual education courses in the fields of English, Spanish and courses in Real Estate Management. She has been associated with the Weldon L. Brown Company, Inc since 1990 and serves on its Board of Directors.

Ms. Yriarte has been active as a corporate administrative liaison between company clients and the firms numerous community association industry activities.

Terri Cawthon - "Comptroller"

Terri Cawthon came to the Company with an extensive accounting background in community association property management. With over 19 years of experience in property management accounting including assessment, rental billings, processing cash receipts, collections, deposit banking, ML preparation and review, budgets and financials statement preparation pursuant to the GAP statement of NACPA.

Terri is a self starter, very organized with additional experience in customer service and interfacing with vendors, contractors, financial institutions tenants and community association clients.

Terri is a member of the California Associations of Community Managers (CACM).
